Exhibitors receive the following advantages by reserving a Booth:
Registrations: Equip your team to engage directly with attendees and generate new opportunities with two exhibitor registrations per 10’ x 10’ booth. (register up to four additional staff at a discounted rate)

*Pre-sale Price of $5,000 until August 31, 2026. Early Bird price of $5,500 starting September 1, 2026, and ending January 31, 2027. Regular rate of $6,500 will apply starting February 1, 2027. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes extra. Exhibitors must carry $5 million in liability insurance. The exhibitor must obtain and submit to show management a certificate of insurance proving compliance no later than 30 days prior to the event.
