Full payment must be received 60 days after contract signing. All invoices must be paid by April 16, 2027.
- Audiovisual: All e-Health sessions are presented using the conference platform and/or in-person audio-visual supplier and tools chosen by the conference hosts. No other technology may be used during this conference for presentation and audiovisual needs.
- Conference change of date or cancellation: e-Health reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the scheduled dates of the event. In such cases, e-Health shall not be held liable for any resulting damages or losses. e-Health will not be responsible for any delay, modification, or failure to fulfill its obligations, in whole or in part, if such circumstances arise due to causes beyond its reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, public health events, fire, severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labour disruptions, or other unforeseen events. In the event of a date change, sponsors will be notified promptly.
- Conflicting events: Events organized by sponsors, exhibitors, partners, or attendees are not permitted during scheduled e-Health programming. Please refer to the conference program to confirm event times. If you have any questions or would like to share event details, feel free to contact sponsorsandexhibitors@e-healthconference.com.
- Exhibitor insurance requirement: Exhibitors and/or third party setup companies are required to provide individual Certificates of Insurance (COIs) with a minimum of $5 million in general liability coverage valid from the first day of move-in/setup through to the end of the event.
- P3 Showcase and Symposia speakers: P3 Showcase and Symposia speaker and session details should be submitted to speakers@e-healthconference.com by February 28, 2027. Sponsored presentations (if applicable) should be submitted to speakers@e-healthconference.com by April 16, 2027. Sponsors are responsible for the travel costs, registration and hotel accommodations (if applicable) of proposed speakers.
- Plenary abstracts and speaker proposals: Plenary abstracts and speaker proposals should be submitted to speakers@e-healthconference.com for review by November 30, 2026. Presentations (if applicable) should be submitted to speakers@e-healthconference.com by April 16, 2027. Sponsors are responsible for the travel costs of proposed speakers (if applicable). The e-Health conference will cover the costs of the speaker’s registration and hotel accommodations (if applicable).
- Sponsorship and exhibitor cancellations: A non-refundable deposit of $5,000 + tax is required once an agreement has been signed in order to hold your selected items and/or booth. All sponsorships are nonrefundable as of December 30, 2026. Sponsorship cancellation requests should be submitted to info@e-healthconference.com by February 12, 2027, to ensure removal from the conference program and promotional materials (e-Health27 sponsors will be included in conference promotions from the date of purchase through May 2027).
- Use of logos: e-Health Conference and Tradeshow (e-Health) will use supplied sponsor logo in conference communications and marketing. Sponsor may use e-Health logo to advertise involvement in the event; for questions contact communications@e-healthconference.com.
