The Digital Health Canada Awards ceremony takes place on Monday, June 2 starting at 4:15 p.m. in the Harbour Castle Westin Frontenac Ballroom + Metropolitan Ballroom (just before the Host Plenary). Presented by Chris Carvalho, President and Chair of Board, Digital Health Canada, the awards recognize people from across Canada who have made exceptional contributions to and innovations in digital health. Digital Health Canada awards are presented in six categories:
- Digital Health Executive of the Year
- Digital Health Leader of the Year
- Clinical Innovator of the Year
- Community Care Leader of the Year
- Emerging Leader of the Year
- StartUp Innovator of the Year
In addition, the Steven Huesing Scholarship is awarded to a student who demonstrates academic excellence and a passion for digital health.
Award recipients are selected through a blind review process by a panel of volunteer judges with deep expertise in the field, ensuring an impartial and merit-based recognition of the best and brightest in Canadian digital health.
