Important Dates

  • Booking portal links and phone reservations for each hotel will open on January 5, 2026.
  • Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Friday, May 1, 2026, in order to receive the discounted rates.
  • Discounted rates apply to bookings made with check-in no earlier than Saturday, June 13, 2026, and check-out no later than Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
  • Hotel rates per room per night are in Canadian funds and are subject to 15% HST, 3% Marketing Levy Tax, and $2.00 Eco Fee (applicable taxes are subject to change). Date restrictions apply (see above ‘Important Dates’).

    Booking

    As of January 5, 2026, reservations can be made via the online group booking portal or by calling The Sutton Place reservations at 1-866-378-8866 or (902) 932-7548. Provide the reservation agent with the group booking code: 2026EHEALTH. Please note the following:

    • A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each guest’s reservation at the time of reservation. The reservation will be cancelled if the credit card fails to authorize. Each individual reservation must have a unique name, email, and address, and an organization name must be provided to make a reservation.
    • Only registered conference attendees or sponsors are eligible to make reservations.
    • Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is noon.
    • On-site underground valet parking is available for $36 nightly plus tax. Parking is based on availability. The hotel underground parkade has a height clearance of7ft, studded tires are not permitted. Off-site self-parking is available at the Scotia Square for $25 nightly plus tax. The off-site self-parking has a height clearance of 6’6”.
