Registration + badge pick-up

If you have already registered for e-Health 2023, you can pick up your individual delegate badge at one of the registration desks at the conference venue. Please be prepared to show a government-issued ID in order to pick up your badge. To find the registration area, turn right after you enter the main-floor lobby of the Beanfield Centre or follow the directional signs.

Headsets

e-Health’s open floor plan means sessions will be delivered in barrier-free pods on the tradeshow floor and in the plenary area. Tune out the background noise and tune in to the speakers you want to hear with your conference headset, available at the headset table across from the registration area. Pick up your conference headset when you arrive, keep it with you, and drop it off when you leave at the end of the conference on Tuesday.

Bag Buffet

Visit the Bag Buffet table to fill your free conference tote (sponsored by Smile Digital Health) with sweet swag and exhibitor literature.

Information desk and volunteers

Look for the Information kiosk (sponsored by Baxter) for help with directions or agenda items from one of our conference volunteers: you can spot a volunteer by their bright orange t-shirt (sponsored by Akinox) and their generally helpful vibe.

Plenary and exhibit floor plan

Entrances to the plenary and exhibit floor are directly in front of the main-floor lobby entrance of the Beanfield Centre. The plenary area is where we will gather for each day’s Networking Breakfast, for Monday’s Opening Ceremonies, Opening Keynote, Plenary Panel, and Social Night, and for Tuesday’s Plenary Session, Closing Keynote, and Closing Ceremonies. The exhibit area is where you can connect with 95 leading-edge digital health and healthcare delivery vendors and experts. Sessions take place in the numbered pods around the exhibit area.

Mezzanine level

Take the escalator up from the Beanfield Centre’s main-floor lobby to the mezzanine level on Sunday for the Newcomer Session, Welcome Reception, and President’s Reception. On Monday and Tuesday, the mezzanine level is where you will find the Chill Space (an oasis of calm) and the Work Space (a fully powered quiet desk space for catching up on emails).

Health and safety

Considering ongoing concerns regarding COVID and other communicable health risks, e-Health will implement health and safety protocols appropriate to the public health circumstances existing at the time of the conference. e-Health will exercise reasonable efforts to use protocols that comply with or exceed any local public health requirements and be consistent with then-prevailing public health standards issued by relevant public health entities. Those protocols may include but are not limited to the following criteria: vaccination, proof of COVID status, self-monitoring, use of personal protective equipment and social distancing, or other similar measures. Compliance with some or all protocols adopted by e-Health may be mandatory for attendance and participation at e-Health. Additional information regarding specific health and safety measures, if any, will be communicated to attendees prior to the first day of e-Health.

You expressly agree that you will not attend e-Health if, within five days preceding the conference, you have: tested positive for COVID or other communicable diseases or been identified as a potential carrier of COVID or another communicable disease; or if you have experienced any symptoms commonly associated with COVID or other communicable diseases; or if you have been in direct contact with or the immediate vicinity of any person who is either confirmed or suspected of being infected with COVID or other communicable diseases within the last five days.

Use of multimedia

By attending e-Health, you acknowledge and agree that e-Health, or others acting on its behalf or through sponsorship or exhibitor contracts, may take photographs and video (by any means) and/or make sound recordings during e-Health and that you may appear in such photographs and videos and be heard in such sound recordings, and that e-Health may edit and use the footage it captures at e-Health for marketing and promotional activities (including through social media) now and in the future, and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business.

You are prohibited from photographing, video recording, and sound recording conference sessions or content (including through recording on social media feeds), unless you have obtained written permission in advance from e-Health.

Due to the prevalence of mobile devices in today’s world, e-Health disclaims all liability for the capture of your image, voice, or likeness by attendees (who are not under sponsorship or exhibitor contracts with e-Health) in any multimedia format at e-Health.
