The e-Health Conference and Tradeshow will cover the travel expenses for selected Patient Partners to attend. e-Health will be booking your travel (Air/Train) to Toronto, ON. Ground transportation will be reimbursed post conference.

Patient Partners who live 125+ kilometres one way from the Westin Harbour Castle (1 Harbour Square, Toronto, ON M5J 1A6) are entitled to a 2-night stay at the hotel. The dates that are covered by e-Health are June 1 to June 3, 2025. If you would like to extend your stay, this will be based on hotel availability and at the attendee’s expense. e-Health will book the rooms on behalf of the Patient.
