Included with each 8’ x 10’ Exhibit Booth (or you may supply your own booth): Furniture (table and chairs – carpet and electricity extra); Booth header panel with company name (22 characters/no logos); Two complimentary Exhibitor registrations (exhibitor is responsible for registering all booth staff); Linked logo on conference website and linked logo and 50-word description in the conference mobile app.
Insurance requirement: Exhibitors on the trade show floor, in the Academic Zone, and in the StartUp Zone must carry $5,000,000 (five million dollars) in liability insurance. The exhibitor shall obtain and send a certificate evidencing the required insurance to e-Health show management no later than 30 days prior to the event.
Booth selection will take place when the trade show floor plan is available.
Early Bird price of $5,000 per 8 x 10 space starting September 1, 2024 and ending January 31, 2025. Regular rate of $6,000 will apply starting February 1, 2025 and will remain available until May 1, 2025. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes extra.
Reserve a spot in the unique Academic Zone if you are a recognized college or university offering a health informatics, digital health, or other relevant program.

StartUps are defined as organizations founded within the last five years with annual revenue of less than C$1M and ten or fewer full-time employees.
