Pre-sale Price of $5,000 until August 31, 2025. Early Bird price of $5,500 starting September 1, 2025, and ending February 1, 2026. Regular rate of $6,500 will apply starting February 2, 2026, and will remain available until May 1, 2026.

If you have selected a sponsorship level, your exhibit space is included. Diamond and Platinum level sponsorship includes one 10x20 exhibit space. Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsorship includes one 10x10 exhibit space.
Exhibitors must carry $5 million in liability insurance. The exhibitor must obtain and submit to show management a certificate of insurance proving compliance no later than 30 days prior to the event.
