Meeting Room Rental
The e-Health Conference and Tradeshow has three meeting rooms available to rent on Sunday, June 1, 2025, Monday, June 2, 2025, and Tuesday, June 3, 2025. Each room will be rented in two-hour increments; each organization will be able to rent one timeslot per day. Available times are in the form below.

Each meeting room will be set with a boardroom table and twelve chairs. Conference WiFi will be available in the meeting rooms. Audio Visual and Food & Beverage are not available in the meeting rooms.

Once your form is approved, you will receive an invoice for the meeting room rental which must be paid prior to the start of the conference (by June 1, 2025).

Reception Room Rental
The e-Health Conference and Tradeshow has a reception room that is available for rent on Sunday, June 1, 2025 and Monday, June 2, 2025. This room has banquet style tables and chairs that come at no extra cost. Audio Visual and Food & Beverage are available through the hotel at an additional cost. Available times are in the form below.

Once your form is approved, you will receive an invoice for the reception room rental which must be paid prior to the start of the conference (by June 1, 2025).

Invoicing for Audio Visual and Food & Beverage for the reception room will be provided after confirmation with the Audio Visual and Food & Beverage providers (if applicable) and must be paid prior to the start of the conference (by June 1, 2025).
