The Westin Harbour Castle Toronto is at One Harbour Square on Toronto’s harbourfront at the junction of Queen’s Quay and Bay Street. The facility is 28 KM from Pearson Airport and a short distance from Billy Bishop City Centre Airport and Union Station train and subway centre.

Parking
Onsite and valet parking is available for $55.00 per day. Departures between 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. incur a half day charge of $27.50+ HST. Departures after 4.:30 p.m. pay the full day charge of $55.00+ HST. Parking spaces are subject to availability. Height restrictions apply.
Offsite parking is also available nearby.
Conference badge
Registered delegates can pick up their conference badge in the registration area on on the Hotel Second Level/Convention Level (CL) on Sunday, June 1. On Monday, June 2 and Tuesday, June 3, pick up conference badges on the Conference Centre (CC) Street Level. Please be prepared to show a piece of government-issued ID to collect your badge. Your badge will also include tickets to any social events for which you have previously registered.
Information desk and volunteers
Look for the Information desk located inside the entrance of the exhibit hall for help with directions or agenda items from one of our conference volunteers: you can spot a volunteer by their bright teal t-shirt and their generally helpful vibe.
Chill, Pray, Work
Take in a dose of calm and quiet in the Chill Space (Bay Room – Conference Centre (CC) Street Level). We have a dedicated Prayer Room in Dockside 7 (Hotel Street Level/Lower Level). Or you can catch up on your email at one of the desks in the Speaker Ready Room + Workspace (Wellington Room – Conference Centre (CC) Street Level).
CONFERENCE MAPUse of multimedia
By attending e-Health, you acknowledge and agree that e-Health, or others acting on its behalf or through sponsorship or exhibitor contracts, may take photographs and video (by any means) and/or make sound recordings during e-Health and that you may appear in such photographs and videos and be heard in such sound recordings, and that e-Health may edit and use the footage it captures at e-Health for marketing and promotional activities (including through social media) now and in the future, and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business.
You are prohibited from photographing, video recording, and sound recording conference sessions or content (including through recording on social media feeds), unless you have obtained written permission in advance from e-Health.
Due to the prevalence of mobile devices in today’s world, e-Health disclaims all liability for the capture of your image, voice, or likeness by attendees (who are not under sponsorship or exhibitor contracts with e-Health) in any multimedia format at e-Health.
