Plenary Speaker Checklist:

• Complete one of the online Speaker Agreements below by December 19, 2025.
• Registration opens on January 5, 2026. Register by selecting the Plenary Speaker registration type and using discount code EH26PlenarySpeak by March 31.
• Participate in two Zoom Speaker Prep calls with the Conference Director, Moderators, Emcees and/or the Event Hosts between March 2nd and May 1st to review the flow and content of the session.
• Review the Speaker’s Resource page and upload the final PowerPoint presentation (if applicable) by May 15th.

Steps to complete registration

Registration opens on January 5, 2026.

1. Click this LINK to register
2. Scroll down to where it says “Register”
3. Select “New Registration”
4. Enter your email address
5. Select “Code required – Plenary Speaker
6. Select “Next”
7. Enter registration code: EH26PlenarySpeak
8. Select “Next”
9. Fill out your information to complete your registration
10. Select “Next”
11. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration when it’s complete.
