Session Title: How AI can Amplify the Primary Care Experience
Speaking duration: ~75 minutes

Speaker Preparation: An initial conference call with the moderator, panel speakers, and the Conference Director will take place in March. A second one will occur in April or May to finalize the session’s scope and flow and to ensure all speakers’ requirements are met.

Disclaimers

Article 1 – DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions whereby the speaker agrees to provide the speaking services at e-Health.

Article 2 – SUPPORT SERVICES:
The speaker is permitted to use the technology required, such as computers, projectors, and microphones. The required technology will be submitted to e-Health in writing before the conference, and e-Health will make every effort to meet the speaker’s requirements. If using, the speaker is required to submit a PowerPoint presentation to e-Health by May 15, 2026.

Article 3 – NONEXCLUSIVITY:
The speaker may be engaged or employed in any other business, trade, profession, or other activity which does not place the speaker in a conflict of interest with e-Health, even if the speaker is engaged in any business activities that do or may compete directly with the business of e-Health.

Article 4 – EXPENSES:
e-Health will cover reasonable expenses related to the speaking services, including travel, as detailed below. The Parties will agree upon the costs before the expenses are incurred, as much as possible, such as airfare, if applicable. Please refer to the travel and expenses policy located here.

Article 5 – CANCELLATION:
In the event that either Party wishes to cancel this agreement, the Parties agree to give at least the following amount of notice: 35 days.

Article 6 – TERM:
An initial conference call with the moderator, panel speakers, and the Conference Director will take place in March. A second one will occur in April or May to finalize the session’s scope and flow and to ensure all speakers’ requirements are met. This agreement will automatically terminate at the completion of the speaking services at e-Health.

Article 7 – INDEMNIFICATION:
The speaker and e-Health shall each defend, indemnify, and hold the other harmless (including all affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns) from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, actions, judgments, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from bodily injury, death of any person, damage, real or intangible, to personal property resulting from the other’s acts or omissions or the breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under this agreement.

Article 8 – PRESENTATION OF WORK:
The author(s) of all presentations included in said work is/are aware that by submitting a presentation for inclusion, the author(s) promise(s) that the article is their original work or otherwise fairly referenced and does not, to the best of their knowledge, contain anything libellous, illegal, or that infringes any copyright or other rights or agreement.

Article 9 – AUDIO/VIDEO RECORD:
Each plenary session will be recorded and posted online in a virtual library post-conference. By participating as a speaker, you agree to:

  • Grant exclusive permission to the e-Health organizers to record (audio & video) your presentation, including the materials in the PowerPoint presentation.
  • Grant permission to the e-Health organizers to collect and retain all revenues from all rebroadcasts (including web broadcasts), sales, and publications of such recordings.
  • Authorize e-Health to post and/or distribute your presentation materials on their website, newsletter, and/or for any other promotional and/or educational purposes before, during, and after the e-Health Conference and Tradeshow.
