Included items

Your exhibit package includes a 10′ x 10′ exhibit space with:

  • Furniture (one 6’x2’ table, two chairs, one waste basket). Carpet and electricity extra.
  • Booth header panel with company name (Maximum 22 characters. No logos)
  • Two complimentary exhibitor badges (includes conference materials plus access to welcome reception, refreshment breaks, and lunches).
  • Maximum of four additional exhibitor badges per booth (at CAD$500 per badge)
  • Linked logo on conference website and linked logo and 50-word description in the mobile app

Insurance

Exhibitors assume entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury to persons or damage to exhibitor’s displays, equipment, or other property brought upon the premises of the venue, and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the e-Health Conference, the venue, and its reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of the use of the venue premises, excluding any liability caused by the negligence of the group or the venue or its owners, servants, agent and employees. The exhibitor understands that neither e-Health Conference nor the venue maintains insurance covering the exhibitor’s property or lost revenue and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Exhibitors are responsible for the placement and cost of insurance related to their participation in the show. Exhibitors must carry 5 million in liability insurance. The exhibitor shall obtain and produce, a certificate of insurance evidencing the required insurance and send to show management no later than 30 days prior to the event.

Shipping and deliveries

All costs for shipping, drayage and material handling will be at the exhibitor’s expense. For these services, we encourage exhibitors to use the official suppliers as outlined in the Exhibitor’s Manual. Do not ship directly to the venue, as all packages will be turned over to the drayage/decorator contractor assigned to the Trade Show. All goods shipped to the show must be clearly marked with the name of the conference, the name of the exhibitor, the dates of the conference, and their number of allocated space(s). Goods must not be shipped to the show withs hipping charges to be paid on arrival as these will not be accepted by e-Health Conference. e-Health Conference assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to goods belonging to exhibitors.

During the show

Exhibitor Samples, Raffles, and Gift-giving

Exhibitors are welcome to display company products, distribute educational material, provide giveaways of minimal value that have been pre-approved by e-Health Conference, and distribute non-pharmaceutical samples. Order-taking at an exhibitor’s booth or table, delivering items to delegates’ rooms, collecting the names of conference attendees for the purpose of distributing gifts or prizes, or holding a giveaway or raffle are all prohibited practices.

Exhibitor Badges

Exhibits must be staffed at all times during the trade show hours and representatives must wear the official conference badge while in the exhibit area.

Your exhibitor package includes two complimentary exhibitor badges (includes conference materials plus access to welcome reception, refreshment breaks, and lunches). Please contact registration@digitalhealthcanada.com to register as an exhibitor.

Additional badges are available to purchase for $5oo (plus taxes) per badge. Please contact registration@digitalhealthcanada.com to purchase additional exhibitor badges.
