Rent a Meeting Room (Half day)

  • Rent a Meeting Room for half day on June 14, June 15, or June 16 for $500 + tax
  • Meeting Rooms are furnished with a boardroom table and twelve chairs (configuration cannot be changed)
  • Includes conference WiFi
  • Audio Visual and Food & Beverage services are not available for Meeting Room rentals

Meeting Room Rental
The e-Health Conference and Tradeshow has two meeting rooms available to rent on Sunday, June 14, 2026, Monday, June 15, 2026, and Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Two rooms will be rented by the half day; each organization will be able to rent one timeslot per day. Available times are in the form below.

Each meeting room will be set with a boardroom table and twelve chairs. Conference WiFi will be available in the meeting rooms. Audio Visual and Food & Beverage are not available in the meeting rooms.

Once your form is approved, you will receive an invoice for the meeting room rental which must be paid prior to the start of the conference (by June 13, 2026).
