Why has e-Health 2020 been cancelled?

e-Health 2020 Conference and Tradeshow has been cancelled in light of the rapidly changing situation in regard to the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The e-Health Conference community includes front-line healthcare professionals, clinicians, and health leaders from across Canada. Gathering more than one thousand digital health professionals together at this time poses too great a risk to the health and safety of participants, staff, and the Canadian healthcare leaders guiding us through this critical healthcare moment. Our national health community must direct all attention and resources to ensure preparedness and response plans are appropriate and adaptable for the health and safety of Canadians.

Will e-Health 2020 be rescheduled?

No. But we look forward to seeing you at e-Health 2021 at the Beanfield Centre, Toronto from May 30-June 2, 2021.

What do I need to do about my hotel and travel arrangements?

Travel and hotel arrangements made for the event are your responsibility to cancel. Please follow up directly with your hotel and travel providers. JW Marriott Parq Vancouver can be reached at 604-676-0888. Sandman Hotel Vancouver can be reached at 855-213-0582.

Will paid attendee and exhibitor badge registrations be refunded?

Your e-Health 2020 registration will automatically apply to registration for e-Health 2021 in Toronto. Should you prefer a refund, please email info@e-healthconference.com.

Will exhibitors and sponsors be refunded for booth space and sponsorships?

As with your e-Health registration, e-Health exhibitor and sponsor contracts will automatically apply to e-Health 2021.  Please contact dfalvo@e-healthconference.com if you have questions.
