Registration Fee Inclusions:
Full registration fees include the following: access to all sessions; conference materials and proceedings; all conference meals; welcome reception; exhibit reception, evening social, access to the tradeshow and all poster sessions. Registration for workshops is available for an additional fee.

One-Day registration fees include the following: access to all sessions for the day purchased; conference materials and proceedings; conference meals for the day purchased; access to the tradeshow and poster sessions. The welcome reception and evening social are not included in the one-day registration fee – tickets must be purchased separately. Registration for workshops is available for an additional fee.

Workshop/Symposium/Exams Only registration fees depend on which sessions are selected and provide access to only those sessions on Sunday May 27th and no other conference activities.

Trade Show Only registration fees provide access to the Tradeshow only on Monday May 28th and/or Tuesday May 29th based on which dates have been purchased.

**Students will be required to present a valid student ID card at the on-site registration desk and must be currently registered full time at a post-secondary or secondary institution.

Media Registrations must be pre-approved by the e-Health 2012 Steering Committee. Media Registration includes access to selected sessions but does not grant access to the Tuesday Social Event. Please email ehealthinfo@advance-group.com for further information on Media Registrations.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the e-Health Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 5:00 PM PT April 27, 2012 will be eligible for a full refund less $100.00 CAD (plus taxes) of the registration fee paid and a $60 CAD (plus taxes) administration fee. Registration cancellations received after 5:00 PM PT April 27, 2012 are fully non-refundable. An alternate attendee name may be substituted at any time for a $60.00 CAD (plus taxes) processing fee.

All changes that cannot be made online are subject to a $60 CAD (plus taxes) administration fee.

Credit Cards that need to be reprocessed are subject to a $75 CAD (plus taxes) administration fee.
