Online registration for e-Health 2010 is now closed. Please register using the PDF form below.

Fax your completed form to 604-685-3521 until Friday May 28, 2010. After this date, please visit the onsite e-Health registration desk, located in the main entrance at the Vancouver Convention Center, East Wing, 999 Canada Place Way (next to the Pan Pacific Hotel).
If registering onsite, please help speed up the process by filling in your registration form before coming to the onsite registration desk.
FOR EXISTING REGISTRATION
NOTE: Cancellations at this date are now 100% non-refundable. Substitutions can be made and are subject to a $50 plus taxes administration fee.
Until Friday May 28, 2010, all requests for existing registration changes can be made by sending an e-mail to ehealthreg@advance-group.com. After this date, changes must be made onsite at the e-Health registration desk, located in the main entrance at the Vancouver Convention Center, East Wing, 999 Canada Place Way (next to the Pan Pacific Hotel).

COACH Membership is open to all individuals with an interest in health informatics, health information management or related health care issues and practices. Individual member dues are $185.00 per year. To become a member visit www.coachorg.com.
Registration Fee Inclusions:
Full registration fees include the following: access to all sessions; conference materials and proceedings; all conference meals; welcome reception; exhibit reception, evening social, access to the tradeshow and all poster sessions. Registration for workshops is available for an additional fee.
One-Day registration fees include the following: access to all sessions for the day purchased; conference materials and proceedings; conference meals for the day purchased; access to the tradeshow and poster sessions. The welcome reception and evening social are not included in the one-day registration fee – tickets must be purchased separately. Registration for workshops is available for an additional fee.
Workshop Only registration fees depend on which workshops are selected and provide access to only those workshops on Sunday May 30th and no other conference activities.
Trade Show Only registration fees provide access to the Tradeshow only on Monday May 31st and/or Tuesday June 1st based on which dates have been purchased.
**Students will be required to present a valid student ID card at the on-site registration desk and must be currently registered full-time at a post-secondary or secondary institution.
