Do you offer group registration discounts?

  • Yes! 10 or more people attending together may purchase a Group Registration. Please email info@e-healthconference.com for further information.

What's included in the CPHIMS-CA Exam Registration?

  • CPHIMS-CA Exam Registration includes exam attendance only.
  • Registration for the CPHIMS-CA Exam is a separate item on the registration form

How do I register as a student?

  • Students must be currently registered full time at a post-secondary or secondary institution.
  • Please provide proof of status during the online registration process.
  • Remember to present a valid student ID card at the on-site registration desk.

How do I register if I am a presenter?

  • Abstract Presenter Registration: The primary author of each confirmed abstract presentation will receive a discounted registration for the conference. Additional presenters pay the full registration fee. Registration instructions will be emailed to all presenters.
  • Panel Presenter Registration: Discounted registration will be extended to two panelists. Registration instructions will be emailed to all presenters.

How do I register as a Media Partner?

  • Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations received in writing at [address] by [date] will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after [date] will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. No refunds will be made for nonattendance at the conference. In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
  • Consent to Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the e-Health Annual Conference & Tradeshow constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the hosts’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
  • Fees are in Canadian dollars and subject to 13% HST
