e-Health 2010 features last year’s pricing:

  • No change in Delegate Fees
  • No change in Basic Exhibit Fees (single space 10x10)
  • Decrease in fees for Quad Islands

The Exhibit Floor will serve as the focus of Conference networking with all the refreshment breaks, breakfasts and lunches held there. In addition, the Monday Reception will be held on the Exhibit Floor.

The layout of the Exhibit Floor is being redesigned in the recently renovated East Wing of the Vancouver Convention Centre to instill a greater sense of intimacy and networking related to the following delegate results from last year:

  • 80% of delegates visit all exhibit booths and network with vendors
  • 65% of delegates use the exhibit floor to meet with specific exhibitors

Cancellation Policy:
      On or before February 1, 2010 – 50% Refund
      On or after February 2, 2010 – No refund, 100% Non-refundable


Standard Exhibit Booth Rental Includes:

  • One 10' x 10' pipe and drape booth
  • One 6' x 2' skirted table and 2 fabric chairs
  • 8' high back wall, stepping down to 3' high side wings (royal blue in color)
  • Set-up and dismantling of the standard booth described above
  • One company sign booth header panel (22 characters maximum – no logos)
  • One waste basket
  • Overnight security in the exhibit area for the duration of the move-in/move-out
  • Daily vacuuming of aisles and general housekeeping of the exhibit common areas.
    • Note: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to keep and maintain each exhibit space and paths thereof in a clean, dust-free and orderly fashion for the duration of the show.
  • General show lighting for all the event areas
  • A company listing in the Conference Program
  • Conference Registrations:
    • Single Booth Space – 1 (one) Full Conference Registration and 1 (one) Exhibit Access Only Registration.
    • Double Booth Space – 2 (two) Full Registrations and 2 (two) Exhibit Access Only Registrations.
    • Quadruple Booth Space – 4 (four) Full Registrations and 4 (four) Exhibit Access Only Registrations.
    • Additional conference registrations and exhibit only passes can be purchased.
